Exercise With Us!

Are you looking for something to do during the week? Would you like to try a unique way to fellowship with other Christians? Are you looking to get healthy and fit? Then come join us Thursday nights for fitness, fellowship and fun. We meet in the Gathering Room at 7pm and would love for you to join us.

We start off with a 1 or 2 mile walk, then move into other exercises and finish with prayer. The whole time we are laughing and praising God. Bring your fitness ball and mat but don't let it stop you if you don't have one, we will share ours. Lots of information is available from healthy recipe's to fitness tips. Whether your beginner or advanced, our evening is built for everyone. This is not about weight loss, its about being healthy and fit and doing it in a manner pleasing to God.
